Westella is a modern air-conditioned - fully
furnished and self equipped share house. It has 22 bedrooms over two levels.
The occupants share 4 fully equipped kitchens and friendly outdoor/indoor
living areas. A roof top patio allows for al fresco dining and gathering of
friends.
The complex is centrally located within the vibrant and culturally rich cafe precinct of West End. It is easy walking distance to 4 major supermarkets, Cultural Centre and SouthBank's world famous beach, QUT and a short bus or boat ride to UQ (St Lucia).
Four bus lines service the area that travel to and from the city - UQ and the ferry stop at Orleigh Park.
Tenants are university students who are clean, respectful and friendly. Students from overseas find an immediate support system connecting with other students in the house. The owner is also the manager of Westella.
Each room has a single bed, large wardrobe, study desk and chair, desk lamp, wastepaper bin, clothes basket and ceiling fan. All bedrooms are have heater/cooler air-conditioning.
Unlimited, fast internet access is on site.
Rent includes gas, electricity and water.
A laundry, including dryer and iron are located on site.
Minimum stay is 4 weeks.
Rooms 1-10, 13 & 14 are $260 per week*.
Larger rooms 11-12 & 15-20 are $270 per week*.
Very spacious rooms 21 & 22 are $285 per week*.
